Without understanding it, I know the hawk was after me. This is a problem. I feel like our characters are finally actually doing something that doesn’t leave them in basically the same situation at the end of every book. I’m incredibly afraid of being here.
On starting I though ok it would improve but no she was same as ever. Then, just as quickly as the hawk appeared, I’m at the circlle to the woods, and I plunge into darkness. There was something about the connection of generations of blood coming from one place that I found very primal and important.
He and his father figure out a way to stop the woman and actually end up potentially helping other future witches. Without spoilers, let me just say this older Morgan has had a difficult adult life, in Ireland, with the survivors of Belwicket. With the help of Cal, she discovers her powers and discovered some shocking secrets about her past that put her on a quest to find her roots.
Although since Morgan is the strongest witch there Morgan shaped sifted into a hawk and drew Selena out of the room so the others would not be killed. Eventually, by the end of the book, I just got tired because the love of Full and Hunter just keeps getting battered.
And oh, Hunter, your rage drives me wild! Morgan has battled great evil and found great joy since discovering Wicca and her own inner magick. Dec 25, Isabella Jensen rated it liked it.

But the hawk has caught sight of something else.
